We are a charitable non-profit organization that meets specific needs for UNITED STATES CITIZENS ONLY. We are not a bank or investment firm. HOPE Community and Family Foundation Corp is dependent upon donors and membership fees to operate the service provided to those people that qualify through the registration process. The HOPE Community Foundation Corporation is not legally obligated for the exchange of donated contributions from a member or those that are donated directly to the non-profit organization. There are no donation refunds. A statement will be emailed to all contributors of financial contributions by the end of January of the following year. Our members are dependent upon trustworthy, like minded and honorable people with integrity. Our community grows and is only successful if members are committed to share the mission of meeting specific needs of the community. Promotion ads and other information will be given to share the mission via a link in the members online Back-office Dashboard panel. Sharing our mission with others is vital to the community and its ability to meet specific needs of community members.

The nonprofit receives monetary charitable donations to meet the needs of those individuals that meet criteria through our online registration questionnaire. The charitable donations given to an individual are recognized as a Grant. Our criteria fall under the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEF) Category: Human Services -Multipurpose and Other” Code: P20. An annual donation statement is emailed to all donors by the end of January of the following year. Every member must abide and agree to 501c3 Governmental rules, regulations, and laws. If found going against the 501c3 Governmental rules, regulations, and laws, the member will be deleted, dismissed, and banned from the community. Members are expected to do their own due diligence to ensure an understanding of 501c3 regulations.

A required registration form must be filled out online in order to qualify and a one-time “membership fee” of a $100 will be paid directly to the organization to participate in the service the community provides to its members. New members are placed in the entry position by our software based on the time and date of registration. When the entry level is full each new member will receive an invoice via email and/or text for the $100 membership fee. The membership fee and the minimal transaction fee must be paid within 72 hours of receipt or your membership will be removed. You may register again but you will lose the position you originally held. Membership fees may be paid via credit card or other options as listed on your invoice. The membership fee covers the initial entry for the “New Beginnings Room “.

All members MUST register for a Jelli debit card with their web portal to receive donations from the nonprofit. Jelli registration is a separate from HOPE, you must complete both registrations. Jelli Finance Company is a separate platform that HOPE Community is partnering with as a means to send members “grants” approved by the Foundation. They have their own guidelines, terms and conditions. All questions concerning the debit card must be sent to their company support link online or in the Settings/Help icon on the phone app. Members have 7 days from receiving their member fee invoice to enter their Jelli account number on the secure member profile for the HOPEFCC online software or their registration will be removed. Extensions are granted for members only if they have applied for but have been asked by Jelli for further identity verification. There are no exceptions to these rules.

HOPE Community and Family Foundation Corp provides a service for members in 3 platforms called "Need Share Rooms". The "New Beginnings Room" is our first platform and mandatory to participate in as a member. The 2nd platform a member may participate in is called the "Strength Room", and the last platform a member may participate in is called the “Upper Room”. Members first entrance in the “New Beginnings Room” is covered by the “one-time" entry fee. Each platform contains a 3 cycle rotation in which the Foundation approves grants for members that meet criteria. The Grant amount each member receives in a cycle is based on the level the member is on in a “Need Share Room”. Grants are distributed to members Jelli card as listed in their user profile via the HOPECFF.Jelli.us virtual terminal.

All transactions in the Jelli virtual terminal are recorded and processed through our web-based software. You can see your grant totals at any time in the Member Dashboard side Nav bar under “My Earnings”. Training videos are posted on the Telegram group chat and in the “Video Catalogue” in the member dashboard. Communications are done through the Telegram App, email or text.

The HOPE Community Telegram group chat is a necessary means of communicating news and information to our entire group. KEEP the chat room clean. Do not use HOPE Community group chat to promote any venture outside of the HOPE Foundation. Sending direct messages to another member that does not pertain to HOPECFF (SPAM) is grounds for removal from HOPECFF.
